How to choose the right accessories

1. Start with your coop

Tick your coop in the filter, or several if you have more than one. Trays, wheels and runs come in a version for each coop, and only the ones that fit stay on the page.

2. Cleaning and space

Droppings trays slide out, so cleaning takes minutes. For more room, the Aspen has its own run, and the Large Penthouse a 2 m run with a 1 m extension.

3. Door, camera and wheels

Add an automatic door opener (the Smart Auto Door on the Aspen), keep an eye on your hens with the solar WiFi camera, and fit wheels on the Penthouse to move it to fresh ground.

Do all coops have an automatic door?

Yes. The House, The Lodge, The Penthouse and The Wagon take the Nestera Automatic Door Opener, and the Aspen range takes the Smart Auto Door.

How do I know which accessories fit my coop?

Tick your coop in the filter on this page, or several if you have more than one: only the accessories that fit stay on the page. The product page of each coop also lists them under “Add accessory”.

Which droppings trays do I need?

Small coops take 1 square tray. Medium coops and the Aspen 6 take 2 rectangular trays. Large coops and the Wagon take 3 rectangular trays, and the Aspen 10 has its own set of 3.

Can I add a run to my coop?

Runs are available for the Aspen, one for each size, and for the Large Penthouse: a 2 m run, which you can lengthen with the 1 m run extension.

Can I move my coop around the garden?

The Penthouse can be fitted with a set of 2 wheels: one set for the Small and Medium Penthouse, another for the Large.

Does the WiFi camera fit every coop?
